You can have fun (provided that it's at least a little topic-related - and thusly these things would go in the Anything Goes! section), but keep in mind that the rest of the categories are devoted to learning. Creatively, of course.
Another thing that we require is that you speak at least a little English, as that is the universal language on this site. You don't need to be completely fluent in it, but know enough to be able to communicate with everyone else and understand what they write. (And please try and use the spell check.... >.<|| but if you're determined to write all over the place then we'll just clean it up for you. ^^)
